Our Expertise
Tai Chi, as an official sport, is known as Taijiquan. It includes both hand forms (quan) and weapon forms, with the most common weapons being the sword (jian) and the fan (shan). These forms combine fluid movements, inner energy, and martial application. The Tai Chi Club specializes in teaching these standard routines, such as the 24-Movement Taijiquan, 32-Movement Taijijian, 42-Movement Taijiquan, and 42-Movement Taijijian, offering a comprehensive understanding of Tai Chi’s beauty and power.
Taijiquan can be practiced for health, mindfulness, entertainment or competition, with the standardized routines designed for all. While the sequence of movements may differ from traditional forms, the core principles and martial applications remain, allowing practitioners to deepen their connection to the art while enjoying its meditative flow and physical benefits. Practioners can apply Tai Chi power in both the hand and weapon forms, making it a versatile and enjoyable practice.

Tai Chi has become more than a routine—it’s the rhythm of my life. Every move teaches me patience, every stance builds my resilience, and every award reflects the dedication I’ve poured into my passion.
Our Performance Team (EUET)
Beginning in January 2025, our Tai Chi Club embarked on a creative journey fueled by dedication, collaboration, and a deep love for Tai Chi. At its heart is Enjoyment in Untroubled Ease Team (EUET), our volunteer-based performance team, devoted to promoting well-being and harmony through graceful movement and mindful practice.
To bring our vision to life, we meet more frequently than regular classes, refining our skills and crafting performances that showcase the beauty and healing power of Tai Chi. Committed to sharing this ancient art, we perform at cultural celebrations—completely free of charge—spreading wellness and appreciation throughout the community.

Our Competition Team
Since 2022, our Tai Chi Club has been actively competing both domestically and internationally. What began as a small competition team has grown into a supportive, motivated group where members inspire one another every day. Together, we learn one new routine after another, strengthen our skills, improve our health, and celebrate the joy of earning medals through dedication and hard work.
Competition is not just about winning—it is an opportunity to stay motivated, to challenge ourselves, and to grow stronger through daily practice. We welcome everyone who wishes to improve themselves, work hard, and use competition as a source of inspiration. If you enjoy traveling, meeting new friends from around the world, and sharing a passion for Tai Chi, we invite you to join us.
Our practice sessions are always free. Every member is valued, every voice matters, and everyone is part of our journey. In our group routines, everyone is a leader—and together, we move forward as one.
